Good morning, I have received the details of the match this Saturday:
KO will be at 9.10, as soon as the gates open at 9 we will do a swift set up with goals etc and then start promptly, please note Surrey FA onsite wont let the children on the pitch until 9am, therefore we normally don’t arrive before 8.50.
If for any reason we are delayed getting on to the pitch, sometimes there are delays opening the gates etc we may have to trim the game time (hopefully it wont be necessary) but just so you are aware. We need to be off the pitch and goals moved by 10.20 for the next group.
Location - Meadowbank Stadium RH4 1DX parking is available in St Martins Walk. Parking is pay and display, and then a short walk down the ramp to the stadium.
We will be in green and yellow kit and presume no clashes with your kit.
As the pitch is a 4G pitch no metal studs are allowed
